SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SECTION 1 - WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed on Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 13:00 UTC+1 Paris local time, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 13:00 UTC+1 Paris local time, will begin processing the same business day and will ship within 1-3 business days. When placing an order, please ensure billing and shipping details are correct as we are unable to redirect orders. Delivery time shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information. 

SECTION 2 - HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our team aims to fulfil your order as quickly as possible once it has been confirmed and received. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order once it has been processed, please email us at shop@sophie-shannon.com as quickly as possible with your order number and any other relevant details and we will do our best to fulfil your request. 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHODS 

— Standard Domestic Delivery France: Delivery within 2-4 business days via Colissimo 

— Express Domestic Delivery France: Delivery within 1-2 business days via DHL 

— Express International: Delivery within 1-6 business days via DHL 

*Delivery timeframes vary depending on region and local customs clearance. 

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing before order ships from our studio. This time-frame does not include pre-order or custom orders. 

SECTION 4 - HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

— Go to the DHL Website or Colissimo Website.

— Enter the tracking number from the “Shipping Information” email you received following your purchase. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam. If you still cannot locate the email, we are here to help: shop@sophie-shannon.com. 

— On the homepage, enter the tracking number and hit “Track” to view updates on your package. 

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY 

Our courier companies operate independently and unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or remote delivery may effect timeframes. In the event of a delay, please reach out to shop@sophie-shannon.com - our team will always do our best to keep you informed. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. 

Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

In the event that your tracking shows delivered but your order has not arrived, please contact us directly at shop@sophie-shannon.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

SECTION 6 - DUTIES & TAXES 

For orders shipping inside of the European Union, all applicable VAT is included in your purchase - you will not be subject to additional charges upon your packages arrival. 

For orders shipping to the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Monaco, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, DDP shipping is offered and duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at check out. 

Please note that orders above 800 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep. This is routine procedure. 


For orders shipping to the rest of the world, DAP shipping is offered. Import duties and local taxes may be payable upon your package’s arrival. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional import duties / taxes / customs charges etc. that you may incur upon delivery.
