RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 - RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return of any item (excluding sale or made-to-measure pieces), within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email shop@sophie-shannon.com with the following details:
— Order Number
— Reason For Return
In order to be considered eligible for return, your item must be unused, with no signs of wear or alteration. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels securely intact. Any items with signs of damage, wear or missing tags will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions regarding where to send your return order. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with return items, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. It is advisable to use a tracked shipping service when returning your purchase, we will not be responsible for any return that doesn’t reach our studio intact. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipment tracking numbers should be forwarded to shop@sophie-shannon.com.
Once your return has been received at our studio and reviewed by our team, we will be happy to offer you a refund / partial refund, case dependent. Return reviews and refunds (where applicable) will be processed within seven working days of receipt.
We handle each query on an individual basis. Our team is available via email shop@sophie-shannon.com to handle your request: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 - 18:00 (UTC+1 Paris local time).
SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed. A credit note will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
SECTION 3 - NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items are eligible for return. Sale or made-to-measure custom items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Items damaged by wear or improper storage cannot be replaced. If you are requesting an exchange, please clearly document any issue and send a request for exchange to shop@sophie-shannon.com. The request must include your order number and reason for exchange.
SECTION 5 - GIFTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING
To return or exchange your product, please send a request to: shop@sophie-shannon.com. Once the request has been approved, our team will forward you the appropriate address for shipping. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with return items, shipping costs are non-refundable.
